How do u start ?
U need to start by doing a quest named "Druidic Ritual". This quest raise ur Herblore to lvl 3.

How do u train it the best?
1st.

The way u train it the hardest is , Go to the wildy under Edgeville.

2nd.

Don't sell the herbs u can't identify thats a waste of xp..

How do i Make Potions and what is needed?

1st.

Take a vial , use it on a Fountain.

This makes a water filled vial.

Then u use and indentityed herb on the waterfilled vial.

This makes an unfinished potion.

Then u use ur ingrediënt to finish ur potions.

Lvl 3. Attack Potion. Needed : Guam Leaf and Eye of Newt.

Lvl 5. Anti-Potion Potion. Needed : Marrentil and Unicorn horn dust.

Lvl 12. Strength Potion. Needed : Tarromin and Limpwurt root.

Lvl 22. Stat Restor Potion. Needed : Harralander And Red Spider Eggs.

Lvl 26. Energy Potion. Needed : Harraland and Chocolate Dust.

Lvl 30. Defence Potion. Needed : Ranarr Weed and White berries.

Lvl 34. Agility Potion. Needed : Toadflax and Toads Legs.

Lvl 38. Prayer Potion. Needed : Ranarr Weed and Snape grass.
